Makeup Week ending, Playoff News
Attention all teams that have games remaining. You have till Sunday to play your games. All games that have not been reported, will be a double forfeit. If you are going to report a forfeit win on a team, you MUST message me on RoosterTeeth telling me how often you tried to schedule your game. Failure to do this may result in a double forfeit.
I also STRONGLY urge trying to schedule game in Amateur League thread as well so we have physical proof that your team was available, and you were pro active in scheduling.
Brackets will be released by Monday night, September 6th.
Play-in games and First Round will be due by September 12th. If you and your opponent finish your games early, by all means PLEASE try to schedule your next round games as well.
I will be leaving for PAX at 3:00am this coming morning, so any questions you need answered need to either be sent via AIM @ GreenTeamTex, Tweeted at me @GreenTeamTex or RoosterTeeth message. AIM I will respond instantly to, the others will be delayed.
OneHawk will be at PAX as well so please don't blow up the league while we are away. We will be checking in nightly on the threads and trying to answer questions.

Pro League Top 10, Week 2
GBSML10 Pro Top 10 - Week 2
With only 6 games played this week, not much action occured in the pro league. Mario Party and Grifindor remain undefeated, while Kaz's team adds 2 wins to their record. USA tops ZL in ZL's first pro league game this season, but they rebounded back to defeat CAG in their first pro game.
And with that recap, here's the Top 10: Week 2
Team Name - First Place Votes - Last Week's Position
1. Thank Us Later - (4) - 1st
After not playing any games this week, Thank Us Later drops their first place vote count from 11 to 4. Still 0-1 after a tough loss to Grifindor, the team needs to rebound by playing some games if they expect to have a good season and remain number 1 heading into the playoffs.
2. Mario Party - (3) - 6th
Mario Party is getting some huge recognition after voters saw that they have 3 impressive wins after the first 2 weeks. Tied for the best record in the pro league, Mario Party is exactly where want to be right now, on top of their division. With some tough games remaining against USA and CAG, Mario Party seems to have the flow they need to get the wins. Except blade who has a combined -118 tk/d after just 2 games.
3. Grifindor - (1) - 4th
Grifindor moves up a place after a surprising week 1. On top of the league with a 3-0 record, the team has already played its toughest game, against number 1 TUL, and defeated them. Not playing any games during week 2, the team still has a fairly easy schedule on their road to the playoffs. As long as they repeat the success they had previously, look for Grifindor to take one of the top seeds in the playoffs.
4. Team USA - 5th
After a big win over Cool Kids Club and a very close loss to Mario Party, Team USA moves up in the rankings. With a big win over Zero Logic, Team USA shows that they can put their chemistry to work to have a very strong line up. Adding AJ to the team gives them another solid tank for their lineup, and with another matchup against Mario Party, if they can beat them they might have a chance to take the division.
5. Krank Dat - 3rd
After a win over LARPERS, Krank Dat drops in the rankings. Following that, they dropped a close game to Kaz, which leaves them at their 1-1 record. With still 8 games remaining, Krank Dat still has a long way to go. With still 2 games remaining versus the Cool Kids Club, and games against USA and Mario Party, K/D still has a long way to the playoffs.
6. Cool Kids Club - 2nd
After an abismal start to the season, Cool Kids Club is now 1-3 entering week 3. In the same position last season, they were able to win 6 straight games to make the playoffs. With 2 games vs K/D remaining, one lose to them, or any of their other opponents could present a playoff-less thumee and co. for the first time since SL09. If CKC can get their act together, they should and will make it to the playoffs, possibly as a wild card.
7. Kaz Myrickoni and Tad. Now with more Lambchop! - 9th
2-2 after week 2, Kazink and company are in pretty good position. With a tough loss to Mario Party and a close loss to CKC, they have a few of their tough games out of the way. With still a game versus CKC, K/D, and USA remaining, they have a tough schedule ahead of them. If they can come out with a winning record (ie. 6-4) they just might be able to grab a playoff berth.
8. Zero Logic - 7th
Following week 2, Zero Logic finally got some games under their belt. After a tough loss on a non NH game to USA, they rebounded back against CAG for a very close win. With still the majority of their schedule to be played versus top pro teams, ZL will need to step up their game if they plan on making playoffs for another season.
9. Power Outage - 8th
Not much to say about Power Outage, as through week 2, they still have yet to play a game. It might not be their fault, but an abysmal division 3 is preventing any of the teams from completing their games. As long as PO can top their divisional teams, and come out with a win over Grifindor/Yup Guppies, they should be on track for a good rebound season.
10. Don't Touch That Dial - Not Ranked
NKOT’s team breaks the top 10 for the first time this season, after not playing any games during week 2. With a tough loss to Grifindor, the team came back to defeat Green Army to bring themselves back to an even 1-1 record. If they can top the undefeated Grifindor, DTTD still have a good shot at taking the division 4 title.

After that it should bring up your Grifball.com account page with the team you are on. Click your team name. This will direct you to your team page. At this page you can click on the results of GBSML10 Amateur League. Then you can click on "Schedule" and 'My Team's Matches" This will give you your schedule.

I would like to thank Divisions 3 and 4 for playing all their games last week.
Also remember you are not to report forfeits until the Make-Up week unless approved by an AMMY Admin. OneHawk and I talk on a daily basis and relay information to each other so we will know if you do report them without permission. We will wipe the forfeits and continual acts could result in disciplinary action.
On a final note, do not cheat. You will be caught, you will be banned and I will not care if you whine, Show no respect for Grifball, Grifball shows no respect for you. Hope everyone has a great second week!
